Beaufort Stew & Moose Tracks Pie

Nothing like a Saturday night with some Beaufort Stew, and thanks for Rusty whipping us up this coastal dish.It is a classic easy Southern dish, and great for a crowd!
Beaufort Stew
Serving size:8
1 pound smoked sausage links,sliced
10 frozen small corn cobs
10 small red potatoes
1 package of Zatarain's Crab bowl (in a bag)
1 1/2 pounds unpeeled, large fresh shrimp

  • In a large pot of boiling water add seasoning mix. Cook potatoes first for 10 min in boiling water. Then mix in corn, then sausage and finally add the shrimp! Drain and serve warm! Enjoy!

We needed a quick dessert so I insisted on trying PBFingers Moose Track Pie, it was wonderful for such a hot day and last minute dessert!

Moose Tracks Pie

1/2 package of Oreo's for crust
Layer Moose Tracks Ice Cream on top
Top it all with cool whip

How easy is that?

Well I am off to church, see you later!
